The Perfect Place Tours concept was started by a 20+ year veteran event planner who was constantly asked by family and friends where the best venue was for their many private, public and corporate events. She consulted with many other event professionals, vendors and venues to find the best way to fulfill the needs of their clients in finding the perfect place for their event. 

Although there are many wonderful wedding fairs, websites and magazines listing the many venues, people ultimately wish to visit the site in person. Setting up an appointment and visiting each site in person becomes quite burdensome task and takes up quite a bit of time for both the planner and venues.
